Chileno Valley Ranch

  Terez and I headed up to northwestern Marin county yesterday with some friends to visit Chileno Valley Ranch. This area of California is absolutely beautiful!  Makes me want to quit my day job and become a ranch hand, a fantasy of mine since reading some of Cormac McCarthy's books.  The owner's Mike and Sally Gale were very generous to allow us to visit once again (the first visit was about the same time last year).  The ranch provides all natural meats and eggs to quality grocers and fine restaurants in Northern California.  www.chilenobnb.com
  All in all a great spring Saturday.  Afterwards we headed to Point Reyes to do damage on some oysters.  Shuk'em!!!
